Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Showcase Snap, operated by Showcase Snap (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By using our service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Account Registration

You must create an account to use Showcase Snap. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information.

2. Service Description

Showcase Snap provides AI-powered photo enhancement for real estate photography. We process your uploaded images using artificial intelligence to improve quality, lighting, staging, and other visual elements.

3. Credits and Billing

  • Enhancement processing is charged in credits. Credit costs vary by resolution and number of features applied.
  • Monthly subscription plans include a credit allowance that resets each billing cycle. Unused monthly credits do not carry over.
  • Purchased credit packs do not expire and carry over indefinitely.
  • Refunds for failed enhancements are automatically credited back to your account.
  • Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access until then.

4. Content Ownership

  • You retain all rights to the photos you upload and the enhanced images we produce from them.
  • You grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit your photos solely for the purpose of providing our service.
  • We do not claim ownership of your content and do not use your photos for training AI models or any purpose beyond delivering the requested enhancements.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights
  • Use the service to create misleading or fraudulent property representations
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our AI models
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the service without permission
  • Use automated tools to abuse or overload the service
  • Circumvent credit limits, rate limits, or other usage restrictions

6. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime. We are not liable for any losses arising from service interruptions.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Enhanced images are generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for photorealistic quality, AI outputs may occasionally contain artifacts or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing enhanced images before use in listings or other materials.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Showcase Snap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your Settings page. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or a prominent notice in the app. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
