When you create an account, we collect your name and email address through our authentication provider (Clerk). We do not store passwords directly.

Photos and Content

We store the property photos you upload for enhancement processing. Enhanced images are stored until you delete them or your account is closed.

Payment Information

Payment details are processed by Stripe (web) and Apple/Google (mobile). We do not store your full credit card number. We receive only the last four digits, card brand, and expiration date for display purposes.

Usage Data

We collect information about how you interact with our service, including enhancement history, credit usage, and feature preferences.

  • Process and deliver AI-enhanced property photos
  • Manage your account and subscription
  • Process payments and maintain billing records
  • Improve our enhancement algorithms and service quality

  • Clerk — Authentication and user management

  • Google AI — Image enhancement processing
  • Vercel — Hosting, storage, and infrastructure
  • Neon — Database hosting

Each provider processes data in accordance with their own privacy policies and our data processing agreements.

4. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove all personal data, photos, and enhancement history. Anonymized billing records may be retained for tax compliance as required by law.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS), secure authentication, and access controls. Photos are stored in encrypted cloud storage with access restricted to your account.

8. Children's Privacy

Our service is not directed to individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
